THE LOOKING GLASS:
OCTOBER 2016: BKK KULTUREWERK, BERLIN; IONION CENTRE FOR ART AND CULTURE, GREECE

Designed and welded at BBK Berlin, this work responds to “Sami’s View”, articulating a 40 day residency in Greece, and texts around the image of the self in its multiple reflections into a hexagonal kaleidoscope. “The Looking Glass” is a 1m high aluminium hexagon, welded together and lined with various plexi-glass mirrored surfaces and light projections.
